Samantha, one of our senior models from Bellevue East, brought in some cool stuff for her second session. She wore her dress from the Miss Amazing Teen pageant for one of the pictures, and posed with her dog for another. The dog is from a Dachshund rescue program, so Samantha and her mom were worried he would be timid around the cameras, but he warmed up to us pretty quickly. He ended up being one of the best-posed dogs we've had in the studio.

Jamie's Safari Session in the Old Market was at the same time as Omaha's fashion week, so there were plenty of photographers and models wandering about, bumping elbows with us as they tried to find picture worthy backdrops. Jamie definitely gave the models some competition with her natural smiles and professional grade poses.

Nate's session was a lot of fun. I've already posted a picture of him with his car on Facebook, but I had to post another because the combo of the outfit and the old wagon was just picture perfect.

Jamie came in for an extra long session (and still a safari session to look forward to next weekend!), so we had some time to play around with different poses and techniques we normally don't have time for. It was a fun session, and we got some great pictures.
Jamie brought in Mr. Beasles (I hope I got the spelling on that right), her Boston Terrier that manages to look stunned no matter what's going on.
She also had her friend Maddie (I hope I got the spelling right on that, too) join us for a few pictures . . .
. . . and then things got weird. I'm kidding, of course. The girl were very entertaining, and we had a fun time with a few goofy pictures. They came up with some good faces. I think they've practiced.
Jamie's a photographer, so we made use of her vintage gear in this shot. I got to glance through her portfolio after the session, and she has some impressive work. I might have some competition from her in the future!
